Serving the Santa Monica and West Los Angeles area for over 10 years, Acupuncture of Santa Monica enjoys a stellar reputation for symptoms such as stress, sciatica, infertility, anxiety, back pain relief, TMJ and Bells Palsy.  Utilizing acupuncture treatment, patients often experience significant relief or complete acupuncture cures within a surprisingly short period of time.

MY BACKGROUND

Tara Perry, LAc has been practicing acupuncture on Wilshire Boulevard in Santa Monica since1995.   During her studies, she completed three years at Emperor's College in Santa Monica and one year at one of the top five Traditional Chinese Medical Hospitals in Chengdu, China.  She then completed an additional six hundred hours of study in Acupuncture Orthopedics, earning her the additional credential of being a member of the National Board of Acupuncture Orthopedics (NBAO).  Tara is state and nationally licensed and holds a Doctor of Acupuncture.

Since beginning her practice, Tara has served as the Head Acupuncture Supervisor at UCLA's Arthur Ashe Center and Professor of Acupuncture at Emperor’s College of Traditional Oriental Medicine.

Appearing before larger crowds on the subject of acupuncture and oriental medicine, Tara has spoken before hundreds of graduates of Brandeis University.

Tara was recently featured on Lifetime Television’s “Speaking of Women’s Health” with Florence Henderson.  (You may go to the home page for easy viewing of this interview).

Last year, Tara was quoted in the newest edition of the very popular and informative “Conceptions and Misconceptions” by Dr. Arthur L. Wisot and Dr. David R. Meldrum of Reproductive Partners in Beverly Hills.  She was credited with assisting in helping some of their most difficult cases become pregnant.
